The Enterprise Product allows the Workforce Guardian service to be tailored to any business regardless of size or particular requirements. The Enterprise Product is intended for larger organisations that need specific customisation because of their industry or corporate size.

Workforce Guardian understands that some companies have already invested in developing their own employment relations policies and processes. The Enterprise product allows larger businesses to customise the Professional product backbone specific to their organisation where processes and information are already mandated within the company or where there are specific requirements for an industry or professional body.

The Enterprise product contains all the features of the Professional product but also allows for:

• Unlimited number of employment agreements – the standard 5 employment agreements available within Professional (ITEA, Common Law, Award, Independent Contractor, Enterprise Agreement) can be customised to your requirements as well as adding any number of additional employment agreements that your organisation or industry requires.
• Notes – capture all interactions with employees with a text based note system that is centrally stored in each employees folder
• Alerts – valuable alert tools that keep you up to date with crucial employee events such as end of probation periods and performance reviews
• Unlimited employment processes to help you navigate hiring, managing and exiting your employees. The 11 Professional processes can be customised as required to suit the specific requirements of your organisation.
• Unlimited employment templates and forms. The 80+ employment templates and forms in Professional can be used as a starting point to building your own employment document library.
• Unlimited user accounts to mirror your organisational structure
• Unlimited storage space for secure and central storage of your employee documentation
• Deployable on an existing Intranet or Extranet
• Built to interface with internal HRIS or payroll systems
• Able to have your corporate colours and logo applied to the design layer of the platform to be compliant with your organisations branding requirements
