Award Offer Letter - which one is right for you?
It's estimated that there are approximately 4300 awards in operation which apply to employers and their employees across Australia.
The Transition Bill in March 2008 provides for the commencement of a process of award modernisation ending on 31 Dec 2009. The new 10 National Employment Standards have been announced in June 2008. Is your organisation preparing for the new industrial relations regime on the 1st of January 2010?
All SMB's should ensure that:

- Employee award offer letters refer to the appropriate industrial instrument
- Terms of employment are clearly articulated in the award offer letter.
